Hanger steak with mashed potatoes and bone marrow
Here’s an image from a recent shoot at Meme Restaurant in Philadelphia. It was kind of an interesting setup, since dinner service was starting we didn’t have the room or time to put up strobes in the dining area. Instead, I built a makeshift shooting table behind the prep area downstairs using two aprons as a backdrop. There’s one light high and behind with an umbrella and a fill light in front diffused through a cloth napkin. The steak was excellent, btw.

Some images from the Radnor Hunt Concours d’Elegance. Tons of amazing cars there, these were some of my favorites.

Shot on Fujichrome Provia 400, pushed two stops to 1600. This was the first time I’d tried it, pretty happy with the results. Came out reasonably sharp too, considering I was handholding at 1/4 sec!
